Our Founders
Eaglestone Networking was founded in 2025 by Matthew J. Bridger and Lauryn Parker, who met at a local networking event and quickly discovered a shared passion for building meaningful, human-first connections. With backgrounds in business development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, they saw an opportunity to reimagine the way professionals come together—making networking more inclusive, intentional, and impactful.
What began as a simple idea between two like-minded individuals is quickly evolving into a growing community. With a clear vision and a hands-on approach, Matthew and Lauryn are creating spaces where people from all sectors—whether established leaders, rising talent, or purpose-driven changemakers—can find their circle and build real, lasting relationships.
